1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rallyo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Host or User account. If you're a minor participating as a batch member, a parent or guardian should be aware of and responsible for that participation.
3. Accounts and Login
Rallyo uses phone number and SMS verification code (OTP) for login — there are no passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your own phone number secure.
4. Two Kinds of Accounts
A "Host" account runs a business — batches, teammates, and/or a promotable business profile. A "User" account joins batches, works at teams, or cohosts. Hosts are responsible for their business information and how they manage members, teammates, and cohosts.
5. Payments
Boost payments are processed by Razorpay; Rallyo does not store your card or UPI details. Batch fees are tracked in-app but paid directly between Host and member outside the app.
6. Content You Provide
You're responsible for content you upload and for having the right to share it.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Don't use Rallyo to harass, defraud, spam, impersonate others, or abuse the invite/messaging system.
8. Discover and Boost
Rallyo doesn't guarantee any specific number of views, enquiries, or new members from Discover or Boost.
9. Termination and Deletion
You can delete your account from Settings; deletion has a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Rallyo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Rallyo's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Rallyo in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
