1. Information We Collect
Account basics: your phone number (used for login), a username, and any profile details you add (name, bio, photo). If you're a Host: your business name, city, years of experience, UPI payout ID, and any photos/videos you upload to your gallery. Location: only if you grant permission, used to power Discover and Boost's distance-based features — you can turn this off anytime in Settings > Privacy. Activity data: batches you join or run, attendance records, fee status (marked by a Host, not paid through the app), team/salary/task records if you're a Teammate, messages and file attachments you send in chats, and reports you submit about other users.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and secure your account, show you (or people near you) relevant batches/businesses in Discover, run Boost promotions you or a Host pays for, send OTP login codes and invite messages, and enable in-app chat between hosts, members, teammates, and cohosts.
3. Payments
Boost payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway — Rallyo does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. Batch/session fees between a Host and a member are tracked in the app as a record only; the actual money changes hands directly between Host and member outside the app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with Razorpay (Boost payments), MSG91 (SMS/OTP delivery), Meta/WhatsApp Business (invite messages), and Supabase (database and file storage). We don't share your data with advertisers.
5. Data Security
Access to your data is enforced at the database level — every account only sees the batches, teams, and conversations it belongs to. Uploaded photos, videos, and chat attachments are stored so that only you can upload, change, or delete your own files.
6. Your Choices
You control whether your phone number is visible to batch members, whether you appear in Discover, and whether your location is shared (Settings > Privacy). You can block another user, export your data, and delete your account from Settings — deletion has a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Exercise most of these directly in Settings; for anything else, contact us below.
